Lizzie and I playing chess at albergue San Miguel in the town of Hospital del Orbigo. This was a great and modern albergue with a hospitalero who had been to Argentina and visited my hometown (Tucuman).

On our way from San Juan de Ortega to Burgos early this morning we encountered a herd of cows grazing.

Cafe Con Leche (05/09/09)

Lizzie and I enjoying a great cup of Cafe con Leche.
This has been our addiction throughout the trip and we make a couple of stops a day just to enjoy it while resting our feet.

Bienvenidos!

We arrived to Spain on Saturday and had no problems on the way here.

The actual walk started yesterday and took me some getting used to.

Early this morning we bumped into a winery which provides free wine for pilgrims. We packed some in our water bottle and will be having a taste of it with lunch.
